Minimum Rental of Two Days

Subject to credit approval with Master Card or Visa. We recommend you get on our approved list before you actually need to rent. During the week, credit approval usually takes only minutes. Corporate,  government, schools, churches and other organizations may be approved over the phone.

Rental must be paid at the start of the rental period. All renewals must be paid in full for the length of the rental. Customers with pre-approved credit may charge rentals and extensions. Accounts are available for Corporate, government, schools, churches, organizations and long term customers.

Delivery can be arranged on most rentals.

 A late rental is defined as being one or more days late with no prior notification. A phone call informing us of your intentions can eliminate almost all late fees.

Most items in our rental stock can be purchased for a pre-determined price that is substantially less than normal retail prices. A renter with a good payment record (no late payments) may apply up to 60% of the rental to the purchase of the equipment they are renting. This is not a rent-to-own deal. Our business is based on each piece being in our rental inventory for some time before it is ultimately sold. If you are looking for financing-we can help.

Liability Our liability is limited to the rental value of the item that failed. Customers are liable to insure that they have all the equipment they need and possess the expertise to operate the equipment rented. Any damage caused by rented equipment is the liability of the user.
